How the hell did my Tompkins rave video that I put up 2 years ago get 48,000 hits in like one week? Insane. Virtual mob.

The less popular follow up version of RAVE ON.. STILL RAVING

UPDATE: With some stealth work from Bill Pierce, I found out this video was linked on VIDEOGUM and BUZZFEED. There's some pretty epic comments.

There is a scene like this in every movie where someone gets put into an insane asylum. Except everyone is usually wearing a hospital gown, the room is brightly lit, and the music is some old fashion time music, but otherwise exact same thing.

Holy crap! Everyone in this video could be a viral star yet they fit so well as a group. This is what it must have been to see Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young in the 60s.

Whistle While You Lurk. TF report

Monday, January 16, 2012

This part has been floating around the internet for a few weeks. From San Mateo to Love Park, Mark Suciu's six minutes of cross country skateboarding.

And from the less serious, " you don't see that every day" side of trick selection comes Colin Fiske's Grindstorm part. Still sick in it's own way ( fakie shuv it fire crackers down three stairs to properly flicked flip tricks) . Weirdo Eastcoast vibes for sure. And I mean that in an endearing, I'm never going to know their inside jokes, kind of way.

Elissa Steamer in her video part from the Paradise video. Paradise features the Brotherhood Skateshop team & revolves around skateboarding in Fort Myers FL. Produced by Rob Hoovis & Brent Sanders. Directed/edited/ filmed by Rob Hoovis. Additional filming of Elissa by Matt Winterberg & Biggs.

Elissa. Holy shit never seen this part- style for miles.

Switch hill bombs?

Not the hugest football fan. But I am the hugest supporter of all things San Francisco sports related. I'll be wearing my 49ers jacket all week.

Saw this on the plane to Hong Kong last time. It was actually a pretty rad movie. Some urban alienbusters shit.
