Watching Braveheart at 3 in the morning is not the best time to start such a cinematic commitment.  But William Wallace died such a horrible death, I'm sure there only a very few other ways where death could be more painful. Humans can be and are so insane to each other.

He was hanged, drawn and quartered — strangled by hanging but released while he was still alive, emasculatedeviscerated and his bowels burnt before him, beheaded, then cut into four parts. His preserved head (dipped in tar) was placed on a pike atop London Bridge.

Mel Gibson's first movie from 1977 " Summer City." Ha- so random.
