KATZ'S AND MAX FISH
Damn. Haven't uploaded photos in a minute. The pop up fish happened last month at the temporary Katz's event space? I can't even remember. Winter party blurs. Most of the photos I took came out super out of focus. Probably cause I had beer hands. How you can fuck up point and shoot digital I don't know- at least the general ideas are there.
Damn. This photo is so red. Why?

Davey so siked!
This is what happens when you wait in a crowded bathroom line, you turn around a few times and end up taking five photos of the same person… And GO.
Still in that bathroom line though.
I took a faceless selfie in the bathroom mirror, but who wants to see that? The bathroom itself is much more interesting.
Harry can't keep a straight face. All smiles this one!
Portrait of a beer gang.
The road to Max Fish purgatory is paved with a shitload of bud cans.

Katz's holding the block down since 1888. Technically, Katz's first opened during The Gilded Age (1869–c. 1896).
Photo: 1874 Tompkins Square Riot.. 14 years later at least one of these guys was eating a Katz's Pastrami sandwich.
1888 was the same year the following happened:
Jan 27th - National Geographic Society organizes (Wash DC)
May 7th - George Eastman patents "Kodak box camera"
Jun 1st - California gets its 1st seismograph
Jun 13th - Congress creates Department of Labor
Sep 30th - "Jack the Ripper" butchers 2 more women, Liz Stride & Kate Eddowes
Oct 1st - National Geographic magazine publishes for 1st time
God Bless Katz's for surviving from The Gilded Age to whatever Era we are in. They are basically the historic equivalent of an L.E.S Lincoln memorial as far as I'm concerned. Which is funny because Katz's trumps the Lincoln memorial by 34 years since the Lincoln memorial was only built in 1922. As I write this, it turns out the Lincoln memorial just turned 100 three days ago. And that's how you finish a post, you guys. LINCOLN MEMORIAL WHO? I'm out.
